AlanC, You are indeed correct. The PR from September appears to be outdated.

In that PR, management states they will potentially reduce the float to 1B share though a share buyback. In the Year-End PR, which I did not read as closely and/or missed the part about reduction of the O?S, the company stated they would be reducing the outstanding and issued share count to 10M.

The previously announced share buyback will continue in earnest in 2011 as revenues allow. In fact, Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage, Inc. has upgraded its 2011 revenue projections to $10 - $12 Million across all product lines. The goal of the share buyback is to reduce the outstanding shares to 10 million. We feel we can achieve this objective by mid-year 2011.[/i

The following day, managemnet updated their revenue projections for 2011 to $15M, from $10-12M.

Hopefully management will update investors how they plan on reducing the O/S to 10M shares, without a reverse split.
