Agilyx has claimed costs of $42 per barrel. Presumably that's mostly due to the high number of employees their process requires.
Agilyx has named the refinery once before, though they haven't repeated it so I suspect they didn't have legal permission.
Agilyx claims to be able to make and sell profitably.

Anyway, competition wise they are a joke. Validation wise, they confirm how easy it is to make a profit. If their super expensive process can do it, JBII should be able to in their sleep.
