Crude oil, goop from the ground, 10% of it is waste and has to be refined out. JBI have diesel, does not need to be refined, can be sold as is for boiler fuel, with blending it can be sold to operate any diesel engine. You really believe the JBI diesel can't be sold when black goop can?
