Check out this stock after the first fuel sales when the potential has begun to move from the "could be" to the "is" column.
At this point in time many investors don't feel comfortable with the risk / reward ratio. For that matter most investors won't invest in a stock under $5.
Ryoko is a good example.....He won't feel comfortable with JBI until fuel sales are made. I suspect there are a lot of investors out there that feel the same way.
Once fuel sales are made and PR'd the pool of potential investors grows considerably. Just as it will grow again once the price goes over $5.
