there is NO buyback according to the share structure.anyone can ck. with the transfer agent and verify this fact - redfisher

Sales have just started, via GNC and GNC.com. The $800K the company has pledged to use for the buyback, has just started to make its way. $15M projected revenue in 2011. That $800K should easily be available for the discussed buyback.
