How do Share Buy Backs work? Does the company start buying back the shares at a point like today or the near future (without the PR/News), as they could theoretically get them cheaper than if they came out said "We will be Buying Back Shares starting today."

I'm just a little Green about how this could potentially work? Unfortunately, has to be a R/S sometime this year. I can feel it; but how else are we going to eliminate BILLIONS of shares? We cannot expect the company to dump all of its first-ever profits back into buying back the shares.

There should be news this week about King Salomon hitting the Wal Mar shelves. Once that comes out, watch for the action like pre-December.
