I have decided that there is no need to hurry and buy at this point, since it appears to be going nowhere for sometime. The letter released is typical of what has been presented for months, no substance, just hypotheticals and no reason for anyone to jump in and buy.
Personally, I may still be a buyer to add more, but, not on the ask rather on the bid when the PPs is to my liking.
