sorry my brain aint functioning , i will read it over again, authorized was 50mil from the state document , supposely 25mil was the O/s with 5 mil float , what now , they raised the auth to what , document isnt filed with state yet , so the o/s is 65 mil , 5 mil float is that right? IT's still a big deal thats going on, a small float like that can gap it way up , but it will crash after that , by not filling , alot of stock pickers are pickin this , GM is a big deal , and another charging station company was 60mil plus without any revenue , i wish i could think of the name of it
