Your statement is not true, I have an order to buy 3600 of the BVIG shares. I saw the buy go through today and said to my self I would like to have some at that great price, I placed the order for a little above the bid and waited for 20 min.

I noticed the bid never changed to show my order. I called my broker and told him to hire a new MM and show my bid on level 2.

He put me on hold and came back and told me in order to change the bid it It would have to be a buy order for 5000 shares or more.

I told him I thought it was total manipulation.

Then I got busy with my real job and forgot about it.
