Grongron : The 50 million Preferred Shares probably have voting rights of 100 to one , the equivalent of voting power of 5 billion common votes . We'll not likely know because EXPO reports nothing .

No Pink Sheet should have a magic wand to issue any shares of any designation without an SEC Filing .
