Dew - you're correct, he forgot the preface on that one, and maybe a few others as well. But I'm pretty sure the majority of the time he has prefaced his slam dunk comments with something along the lines of "as close as it's likely to get".

I would really appreciate your analysis of your expectations for the upcoming UK Sleep Dep results, i.e. chances for good, mediocre, or bad results, as well as the factors going into your opinion.

It seems to me that the UK Sleep Dep results (due late April, early May per a summary of today's CC on the Yahoo COR board) are on track for solid, if not spectacular results. If they even come close to duplicating the results seen in the primate tests, I think it will be huge news. It may or may not move the stock price dramatically (my personal feeling is that it will, by at least 20%), but it is a critical foundation result for CX-717.

I am genuinely interested in your assessment of the chances for success in this trial.

BTW I agree with your dislike of the term "slam dunk", I don't think I've ever used it, and probably never will. But if I was going to :^) I have to wonder if this small IIA trial in Sleep Dep wouldn't be one of the few chances for such high optimism?
