be very careful with this one do a gooole on Matvieshen, I have known the guy for 15 years everything he does is shady. example the 8MW solar park in Ontario is a fiasco. Epod or ICP or Sunlogics or which ever compamy claims to be doing the install is out and there is a chance of them being sued by the utility.
