so you don't think that having no debt once this thing goes through will have any effect on how this stock does? if you are so pessimistic about it, sell your shares and move on... I stated before that is your option as a shareholder. I on the other hand hope that you and the rest of the naysayers are wrong. I have already lost my tail on this thing but it is so low right now it's not worth selling everything off - I will stay patient and stay the course.
