It is the flexible plastic substate that is transparent. Not the diode "dots" and not the electrical paths necessary to get the curent off of the substrate.
Now I do not rely strictly on company provided information. I research the background of the company and the individuals involved. I invite you to do the same. For example, look back into Octillion Corporation and its spin off MicroChannel Technologies. Look into the Executive history and Director relationships with International Energy Inc. (IENI)and look into its ownership and history.
