Great numbers crunching Pimping. Now we get an idea of just how low the float is. Not surprisingly, it is very low, as seen by the way this stock traded last week. I am guessing that the float is very near to being locked as the MMs are low on inventory. We need to get a tally going on here to see how many shares are in our hands.
Also, that 52,000,000 number stands out. Why would GRES purchase the shell for 52million shares while the O/S (last reported Dec. 2009) is 32,000,000? This extra 20,000,000 shares, is it a premium they paid for a clean shell? Or is to to guarantee a majority ownership?
