Your post pretty well echoes my sentiment. But, it seems to me that they've performed very well in marketing and selling their underwater cameras, and in time I think they'll do the same for SecureView.
I imagine they're swamped with work. Let's give 'em a chance to work everything out. I have a very sizable investment in their success too.
Few of my other investments are stellar at the moment either, but I'm still optimistic!
