NO. My experience with R/S with PINK/STCK is death sentence for the company/shareholders. With R/S you should not loose, however with this type of stocks the share value will quickly go up and than a sharp down. I have lost so MUCH over the few years that I dread when I hear a company wanting to do R/S. I just hope that the CEO cares about it's shareholders and does not go true R/S.
