A large percentage
of companies that do a reverse split will continue to trade lower after the split. A reverse stock split is normally a very big red flag. Consider this before blindly voting YES on Prop 6.
Since we cannot know the future, we have to judge the probable outcome of the split by the past experiences of others when faced with the same situation.
No matter how you look at it, we are between a rock and a hard place.
But, I would like to know how the CEO justifies such a large salary at this time from a company that is in dire straits and has never made 1-cent worth of profit. Such a salary will eat up the $600+K in short order.
