Its not.You only r/s when your wife is running out of money and needs new shoes.Ive been playing pennies for 7 years and been in exobox just as long.Been through and studied many reverse splits and reverse mergers.NEVER been on the winning side!!NEVER seen a stock price benefit from it!IT will screw us!EXBX is dead if they are even considering it.Apple,microsoft IBM would pay us if suez were real!!!!
As a trader expect a run up in pps directly after a r/s then it tanks.If you can catch it early you could sell before the drop.Do not even consider a long term hold.Many companies do multiple R/Ss before they are delisted.
