Outlaw: Thanks. I think we all want the same thing, a reasonably honest market. Lock up the criminals whereever they are found and throw away the key. The regulators could put an end to this very quickly if they chose. Put someone like former Senator Kaufmann or a Patrick Byrne in charge and let them do what needs to be done without political influence and they could clean this mess up in a matter of months imho.
