NO I AM NOT WRONG.I AM SURE,THE 3 DAYS SETTLEMENT RULE DOES NOT APPLY.YOU CAN SELL THE LAST MINUTE OF THE DAY TOMORROW AND STILL TAKE THE LOSS.I KNOW BECAUSE I HAD DOEN SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST YEARS.MY ACCOUNTANT IS NOT WRONG.NORE IS AMERITRADE.
