Just a great effort, Phillip. Leaving nothing to chance.

I often wonder if the Judge would even read such shareholder filings. And whether she can go beyond the strict interpretation of the law and consider reason and fairness. I suspect not in her rulings.

Would appear we are about a month from a decision albeit she might just rule on the LTWs separately.
