I informed awhile back the reason the letters take awhile to get recorded is because of the delay in the amount of time the clerks need to read the letters, discern the info contained within and take their contents to chambers (if need be) for THJMW to know about. Larger letters take much more time than 2 page ones.

As for why the letters tend to get lost for awhile. The Court is aware of cetain shareholders who are writing letters with substance in them. The Judge wants her clerks to read the letters and inform her of the ones they feel she should take a look at.

I wrote a letter (shareholder meeting) and it took 4 weeks before it was recorded, the clerks are aware of certain shareholders in this case and THJMW is very aware of what is going on.

Also it is the Holidays and the courts are running on a "skeleton crew."
