My thoughts are people in the know who are holding a huge amount of shares, like 20 million for example. They know ahead of time that news will be out that they can put a negative spin on by dumping their shares at a loss, they sell millions of shares driving down the PPS. They keep selling at a loss causing a panic and others to sell. when it gets low enough they buy back enough shares at a lower price to not only recover all the shares that they sold but still have a boat load of money made in the process.

Just my opinion, But I believe this has been going on for quite some time here with KATX, atleast a year or more.
