Who says they are .00001 again? How could you know? No mere mortal can get a fill at anything less than .0001, ever.
Just as an aside:
I have had a trade go off at .00012 before when I placed a bid at .0002. So I can see where the speculation MAY be coming from. But once you get below .0001, no MP is going to give you shares for anything less than .0001. Why would they?
