I owned it a few years back. Except for one big run where I think it was being targeted for some reason it has been very flat. A couple of things to notice is the husband/wife team making some serious dollars ($500K/year) on a company barely making $1M/year. You may want to also look at the latest building move and who owns that. Move is going to cost $600K. I would like to see the cost payback analysis on that one. Of course if you are looking for a reason to buy than you should have probably stopped reading a while back. LOL.
