The main thing is that the Company has been open, honest and had all the news reported when it happened.It told us about a biofuels lease that may happen, not already happened. It even said that these people are visiting the site for their own DD. No company tells you those small things.It told us about stamp deals and gold deals, not that they made millions already with those ventures. It told us about a oil terminal it got. not that it had any oil revenues yet.
Look at the news releases. They require serious money to complete. Not just a down payment or deposit.

I have not seen in any of the company filings that anyone gave them money for this. No private placements or issuance of equity/debt that was reported. That means the insiders funded it all up to Aug. 10 with their own money and took the risk prior to moving paper. i dont see how moving 6 to 70 million shares at .0007 average is less than 500k which is the cost of a shell and deposits on deals( not full payments) and some expenses.

Furthermore, a float of 26 or 96 million shares at .001 would have exploded to .03 quickly. It was therefor to everyones benefit that the stock has at least 696 mil. in it.

I do not understand this room. The stock was .0003 bid a few days ago and was trading at .0008 today. Where is the scam?

Whatever I bought at 7 and 8 I sold at .001. Whatever i just bought again at 3 I am holding for 6 or more. I am a trader not an investor and less than 1% of the hundreds of speculations I have made money in have ever proven themselves on a fundamental basis over time. Clearly this a company has one step in the right direction in that even though they may have diluted a lot of paper, they bought or joint ventured the assets and projects at very inexpensive costs to them.
