I can't give you an exact time frame, but we need to see two things happen:

1) Get our BVIG shares. The reason given for the delay is that KATX wanted to file additional documentation to allow us to trade our shares immediately, instead of restricting them for 6 months. That announcement was made 4 months ago. If the delay lasts another 2 months, it will be clear that they should have stuck to the original plan. We need management to issue a PR about what EXACTLY is going on with these shares.

2) Management needs to issue more PR's about what EXACTLY is going on with their properties.

Both of these deal with better transparency by management, which has been dismal, but is critical if investors are to be lured.
