Welcome back Tweak, interesting conversation with Gettleman. If we were toast Mr. Big would be dumping shares daily. Nothing has changed here from the 1st day Mr. Big bought shares. The plan sponsor has one month to show up. I think it has been planned this way all along.

The NOLS are retrieveable and nobody is going to throw away $650MM in NOLS.
