Very excited about deal being finalized
Working with accountantants a we speak to get everything cleaned up and up today's, filing expected early 2011 w/ financials
For now using voyagers accounting group,not sure if they will be retained going forward.
Currently adding new clients to portfolio, and expanding to recycle oil,anti-freeze, lubricants and tires!

I also asked if he thought current share structure will remain and he said it's something they will look at a little down the road, but any decision made would be advantageous to company an shareholders. Ended by saying he expects to have PR in near future expanding more on these issues.
