Maybe it was the janitor.

Given Amphastar’s vicious and directed attacks against Janet Woodcock and other named FDA officials, the fact that Amphastar won’t name the staffer at OGD who called in 2006 to say Lovenox approval was imminent tells me that the story is almost certainly not the whole truth.
