Maybe not, the stock has been dead for a long time. Not sure another few stakes in a dead body make a difference. We need something to bring us back to life or atleast come back in a zombie state,lol. We need confirmed news with named companies and real terms. Could easily trade to .003-.004 level if they started being more open and clear and getting some of these proposed transactions into reality.
