Until we get a pr, I guess I'll leave up the December acquisition stuff. It's just not clear in the pr what the status is with that. Though we can assume it is out and the Cali acquisition replaces it. Just fuzzy info from KUNI right now what he is doing and why and how it flows back to shareholders and what his time frame is.
