Spelling, Grammar and Other OOPS!

As I've said before, they just don't feel that correct spelling or grammar or usage is important; they even go one step further in that they have disdain for people who do.

The concept that the message is affected by the messenger (especially in the business world where poorly written or spoken information in taken less seriously than info presented correctly) seems alien to them.
