You make a good point, so technically speaking the more I think about it, the 29th was a day given by JMW for Rosen to respond but both technically and legally Rosen might have till the midnight hour of the 31st of Dec to grant extension and answer JMW...although the 29th date by JMW was "hereby ordered"?

I think the 29th is arbitrary, but leaving her time to respond if Rosen tries anything 'cute' in the way he responds.~catz
