Speclutive thought: Since this is going into 2011 whether or not the other parties like it, there are quite a few new things to consider. Perhaps, these new things that were once believed to be forever undetectable to the outside world and are now detectable, could they now be causing a rankle between the other parties? It's an interesting thought to consider. NOLs, Carrybacks, things once thought never to have to be discussed will now have to be listed in full and discussed.
