Their lies the essence of the problem****... ""(No Cheques (proper Spelling) Involved"")...In my opinion... We that support Nic Toms ...have a most obvious and significant understanding of the true depth... complexity...estimated time lines... of the required procedures .. hoops and subliminal gamesmanship that Nic has been forced to endure and apply to disengage the clutches of a once well favored and highly respected Fund Manager turned Rogue ..and to those needs...***transparent or not***... to execute whatever it may take to resolve and make right... for the benefit of the shareholders..Cape Systems ..and Nic Toms alike!!! Parties of ***significant lesser understanding*** of this required application and their constant display of "near unfathomable disconnection" should be considered so lucky as to be given the time of day! Ludicrous is one thing ..but daily exposition of a defunct learning curve is paralel .... to feeding the pidgeons
