Actually, it was you I believed. (Since I'm invested in KATX--I'm deeply concerned about Ken's credibility, not yours :>)

And after catching up on other posted responses, i can see where/why someone (Ken) might respond the way he did.

And everything you posted seems to be in line with Homevendor's emails.
