We have to wait and see what the safety profile of the Pfizer drug turns out to be in practice. JAK3 seems important to neutrophil function, so conceivably we might see a bunch of bacterial infections with long term use.

I do agree that at this stage this is mostly a theoretical concern, but the Pfizer drug has already shown statistically significant increase of neutropenia as an SAE, which fits the theory. (It also appears to increase creatinine, potentially signalling some mild kidney tox.)
