What is up all the dilution rumors I am hearing that supposedly was in the 8k that came out on Friday? I bought a ton of shares of KATX at .032, and watched it continue to free fall. Did the CEO state that he was diluting? I am going to average down on Monday, but do not want to spend good money on the bad.
