"basin gulch mine lease" thats a stretch. The lease gives dutch gold the right to explore the property to determine if suitable for future mining.If you read the whole statement you will understand what is being referred to in the 10q.in no way would one construe that dutch gold is implying that basin gultch is a mine by how it is reported in the report.
