The same reason the big sluggers don't hit lead-off in baseball. The "table-setters" bat first, firepower is saved for later.

To me, it looks like the PRs are written as advertisements to sell or JV the property, since they are so technical. If the target audience was the average "investor", then they have a problem with writing PRs for the intended audience.

Ken S. could have left this sentence out...
"...While there is much work yet to be carried out to determine the significance of this discovery, we feel we are in the very early stages of a most interesting project." Totally useless info.

The title of the PR is "KAT Exploration Inc. Drills Rare Earth Elements (REE's) at Rusty Ridge". If they would have just sent that and no text at all in the body, we would probably have been better off. We would know as much as we do now, regarding the complete drill results, which is nothing.

People that say they have talked or emailed with Ken S. say that he seemed concerned about the impact the PR had on share price. If that is the case, he needs to write PRs that non-technical "investors" can understand as good or bad. I remember seeing a lot of "what does this mean?" posts yesterday as the PPS tanked.

So, it would be nice if KATX would take a little more care in producing PRs that communicate the point they are trying to make in a way that the target audience can digest. Like... "KAT Exploration Inc. Drills Rare Earth Elements (REE's) at Rusty Ridge".
