PLTGQ has shown very little activity until recently. I understand they are in Chapter 11 which protects them from creditors. With the better oil price and increased activity in the area is it possible that someone is looking at their assets. IMO the key may be the 50mile pipeline that they acquired.
This could be a vital link for several other drillers in the area. Any thoughts.
