The CRL is the smoking gun re Tevas inability to fully characterize complex drugs. That they are now saying that they 'planned it this way' all along is beyond silly, and amounts to what in my family we call an "I ain't hurt" response. IMO this is absolutely great news and should help lift the overhang going forwards.
