Jonah, I received the following email from Mr. Vakser a little while ago. I am encouraged by this response and hope you will be as well. For those who have been patiently waiting for the dividends and asking about them, it appears we are close (I know we have heard that before but hopefully these will come soon and they will be in our accounts).
Unfortunately, this is my last post for today, as I have used them up, but if I hear more over the weekend, I will update the board. It has been hard watching ARTS drop, but I still believe we will rewarded in the end for our patience. I know many have been disappointed but I'm really hoping things will turn around in 2011... Steve, I apologize, but we are a little slammed. And we will release all the updates next week. We have to do it in an orderly fashion and timing, so that all the shareholders receive the info at the same time. I will share with you, that the dividends will be issued shortly and all shareholders will be caught up.( and in a pre split share count as well). It is my wish and desire, to complete these loose ends this year, and kick off with a great start in January. I appreciate your support, and Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I have left a number of phone messages with your receptionist and haven't heard back as of this date. I have also sent a number of emails regarding news of Artfest International's recapitalization plan and was hoping you could update shareholders regarding ARTS current progress, including information on Starfest and the promised dividends, and the new company you purchased.
