y3maxx, I suppose that if the underwriters had learned of something significant that affects MNTA, they couldn't have sold any more shares and would need to stop the process where it stood.

I agree, it is also odd that they didn't take the full 30 days.

If something significant is out there, it will probably be known in a few weeks.
