The only thing that TRDY owes on Dec. 31st to Burnham is the $38,399.00 that he left with TRDY to cover general corporate costs.

Also, the $2.7 million that TRDY owed Burnham was apparently taken care of in the private transaction some how. How, we don't know but. Something significant went on behind the scenes to cover that $2.7 million debt imo.
