ONLY REASON to retire 1 billion shs...

is to create another distraction because a few individuals, on this Board, have revealed the deceptive Dilution of almost 2 billion 144 & 504 shares, the disappearance of TzuFuma and the complaints to the SEC. If you think that they expect to retire 1 billion shares out of their concern for the shareholders, you're a damn fool!

Whatever they do with shares has nothing to do with a huge capital asset, TzuFuma, disappearing without any information as to what happened to it. If that wholly-owned subsidiary was removed without compensation to MMUH, it would have been crimes, like fraud and theft. Most of these current PRs are just a distraction to get shareholders to stop writing about TzuFuma and the $ millions in sales that it conducted.
