Not a personal attack. But stating that someones file is growing and going to get sued by the company for posting his or her take on this stock and how the company is being run is just pure BS.

As for the information you have being legal I very highly doubt it. If I buy a DVD player from a man on the street for $15.00 and own it for a time and then give it to someone else for $10.00 and that person pawns it and said DVD player shows up as stolen guess what? I am guilty of theft just as much as the guy who stole it because I purchased and used stolen goods regardless of the fact that I did not know it was stolen. By law I had a resonable expection that my purchase was suspect due to the nature of the sale and the amount there of. The same holds true of information gained though third party sources (Peters legal counsal etc.) or directly from the source (Peter, Dan, etc.). The information you keep eluding to is not only priviledged information it is also supposed to be confidental. For you to have it makes the whole process and chain of evidence criminal regardless of how you obtained it.
