That's sooooo easy to say after the fact. How do you know he didn't consult with his attorney(s) and they just missed it also? People make mistakes, and when you're dealing in a world filled with greed and dishonesty crap happens. I'm sure he learned from that mistake and is moving on. We should do the same.
